Level 2 Award in Customer Service (QCF)
Learners who wish to improve their knowledge of the importance of providing excellent customer service will be best placed to undertake this course which is designed for learners dealing with customers as part of their day to day work or for learners who are preparing to work in a customer service role.
To obtain an award, learners will need to be aged 14 and over, attend a training course for a minimum of 6 guided learning hours and pass the examination
Structure of Course
The course, which contains one compulsory module, is delivered once a month at various training venues/centres across London.
The course has been designed to be completed in 1 day.
Module covered is:
- Principles of Customer Service
Assessment method of Principles of Customer Service is by Examination
- 30-question multiple-choice written examination
- To be successful, learners must achieve a score of at least 20 out of 30 questions
- Examination’s duration is 60 minutes (1 hour)
Condition of Entry
There are no prerequisites for attending this course. However, it is advised that candidates have a minimum of Level 1 in numeracy or literacy or equivalent.
